can you be pregnant even without early symptoms?

I'm currently 13dpo and don't really feel much. The strange thing is that I'm on progesterone supplements and last cycle (my first time taking them) I felt a ton of symptoms, such as sore breasts, headache, nausea, tiredness, etc., but this cycle I don't feel a thing. My 7dpo progesterone level was a 34, which is really nice and high, and yet I find it strange that I don't feel any of the side effects of the progesterone. Is it just that my body got used to it so quickly?

I had two pregnancies last year, both ended in miscarriage, but both times I felt fairly strong symptoms early on, like around 10dpo. So I'm wondering if I should just assume nothing is happening this month since it feels so *quiet* inside (only a few minor cramps, no sign of af on the horizon either)...

Or is there still hope? Has anyone had super early symptoms for one pregnancy and nothing for later pregnancies? I will test tomorrow anyway but feeling a bit defeated already...

@tasha0918 and jillian_island, I'm so sorry for my misunderstanding. I think that I was all over the place and so stressed out and couldn't focus well at all yesterday.  I really hope that tasha0918 will get positive result.  That would surely give us more hope that our time will come as well.  Thank you for your very kind supportive comments. My doctor called me yesterday afternoon and asked me to repeat the test in two days time. I will do that but to be honest with you, something deep down unfortunately is telling me that I am not pregnant. I was until I ended up with the very high temperature last week. I really keep my fingers crossed for Tasha0918

@catherine2 anything above 5 is positive so u pregnant per your numbers every two days it should double. When I was going through my ectopic my doc said that anything below 5 is normal so with you being 24 ur pregnant, wait  two more days and have them re test you and if it has gone up you are in good...keep us posted

Thanks hon for the encouragement because I so need it right now, this weekend would be the true test time because at that time I would be in the double digit. My husband asked me if i was pregnant because I haven't got my period yet, but I know I will be late because I ovulated late this month, this week is my time and this weekend is test week, so keeping my fingers crossed

@Tasha0918 - I think you're still early to feel symptoms. Implantation usually happens around 9dpo so you don't often feel anything until at least 10, 11 or 12 dpo. In the past, I've always started to feel dizzy, lightheaded, and sore breasts around 11dpo. Good luck!!!

@Catherine2 - Tasha0918 hasn't had her test yet (she's still too early), she was just commenting on my negative. Also, an HCG of 24 is a positive! Anything below a 5 is negative. How many days past ovulation are you? It's okay if the number is low, as long as it doubles in 2 days.

Thanks for all the support. I can't afford a fertility specialist now (not covered by insurance and too expensive) so just working with my obgyn. She's the one who put me on progesterone because of my wacky hormones. I'm wondering if taking it last cycle helped with my super ovulation this cycle. Either way, my body seems to be responding well to the progesterone so I'll keep taking it after every ovulation and see what happens...

Oh dear, sorry Tasha0918 about your negative test result. please don't worry at all. Our time comes as well. I had a very stressful day, I actually chased my blood all the way from one building to another by keep calling different departments and by having my hospital number, get hold of my lab number, while blood was in the process, I was on the phone. I was the first person who was told about the result that the level of HCG is 24 :(

I knew that's a negative result :(. I just had the phone call from the hospital and the nurse give me the result and said, however check the urine on 29th and see the result. I am sure that would be very unlikely that to be positive. It feels it's really a matter of luck to get pregnant in this process and it's like a lottery

Sorry to hear about your NRG, but keep up the positive attitude because we all here are in the same boat, i'm 8dpo and  barely have any symptoms. The only thing i've had so far is the pressure here and there, gas lol and I wake up hungry lol other then that i'm perfectly fine. To keep myself any kind of sane I think back to my mom who told me she never know she was pregnant till she was almost three months because she had no signs, trying to keep hope alive

oh dear, sorry to hear that but please do not worry, there is always the way. Just make sure your PCOS gets the right treatment as the hormones are not balanced. Lots of women have that problem but they easily get it  treated. I think a good doctor who is specialist in infertility can sort out the relevant issues and put you in the right root much more quicker.  Wish you all the best and please never loose hope

Thanks for the feedback and support! I took a test this morning and it was a definite negative. I'm at 14DPO so feel it's accurate. I'm sooooo bummed since I don't ovulate often (I have PCOS) and I finally got my progesterone up to a good level. Boo. Feeling sad but that's just the rollercoaster of trying to conceive. Good luck to you ladies!

@jilligan_island, don't worry about the symptoms, every pregnancy is different. There's always a strong possibility of being pregnant even without any symptom at early pregnancy. Wish you luck for tomorrow :), let us know the result . I will have a test on Tuesday
