can you get pregnant after getting your tubes tied and burned ?

I had my tubes tied and burned almost 3 years ago. Now I have missed almost two periods. I have the cramping, lower back aches, hot and cold spells, mood swings. Everything for a period but nothing is happening. Can I be pregnant ? Or do you have a idea on what is going on ? I have a doctors appointment tomorrow. But I can't wait. i am going nuts waitting. Can you help me out on some answers ?

I am 35 years old. I got my tubes tied in 2005. Since then I have been divorced and I remarried my highschool sweetheart. Between the two of us we have 5 kids. I havent gotten my period in two months. Have had hot flashes, abodomen is swollen and lower back pain like crazy. I have taken 2 tests and both have come up negative. I have an appointment tomarrow and im really scared

i had my tubes ,tied and burned last year after my baby was born.i have 4 kids. i have been having all symptoms like pregnancy,, stomach , breast getting big, feeling tied going to bath often and i fell like eating often. i call my doctor im germany he told me is not possible to be pregnant. i did a test it showed neg, but it  always shows that with all my pregnancies. i normally see positive after 2-3 month
