charting

This is my first time charting. It seems pretty simple but I am doing a couple. One for me and one for my doctor which he only takes one. (fertility friend) I am so stressed!!!!! After ovulation I still only stayed up for a few days then dropped. I am going back up with temps but then I thought it could of been implantaion dip. I have had several MC so I am worried about low progesterone. Can you help explain my chart and calm my worries? Thanks:)

Hmmm! How many days are you past ovulation? And how many high and how many low temps have you had after ovulation?

It's not uncommon to get a random low temperature after ovulation, but if it continues to stay low, it could indicate that you a) didn't ovulate when you thought you did, b) are having an anovulatory cycle, or c) have a luteal phase defect. Of course there are also other reason this could happen, like inconsistencies in when you're taking the temps, for example.

Do you know how to set up a public link to your chart of FF? If so, you can post the link here and I'll take a look at it for you...

I do have a chart with all the info on here. You can look up my profile and see my chart. I O'd on CD 15 then like normal I think temp went up then dipped and now going up again. Is this implantation dip. Does my chart look like something is wrong? How long have you been charting?

I take my temp at 6:10 every moring.

OK, so I looked at the chart, and it's a little hard to say right now. But if the temps continue to go back up, I would say you probably ovulated. The thing that is throwing me off a little bit, though, is that the majority of temps before the possible O is the same as many of the temps after (97.7). So there's no clear coverline. But it'll be easier to see once you get a few more temps charted.
