clot in uterus at 5 months!

My friend is almost 5 months pregnant. she has been diagnosed with a clot in her uterus.  Her doctor says the baby seems to be fine. Is she going to be okay or is her baby in danger?  Is a miscarriage still a possibility?  she is so worried.

if the doctor said she will be fine she will be fine. i am assuming the doctor put her on bed rest and if she follows the doctors rules she will be fine.. if she is feeling any cramping or pain she should go to the doc right away. my cousin had a clot in her lung @ 3 months and was admited in the hospital and they took the baby @ 7 months.. so worst case is she has to deliver early.. but if doctors orders are followed.. then like i said everything should be fine.. blood clots pose more of a risk to mom then baby and if it was something the doctor felt was serous then she would be in the hospital.. hope that helped and good luck and congrats :D
