concieved after tubal reversal im 5 weeks but no sac yet???help?

my LMP was april 10 2011 i usually have 32 day cycle. i think i concieved though on april 27, not sure y just a hunch....i got first positive HPT on may 10 very faint line test sensitivity @25.....went to dr next daymay 11 faint line on urine test  blood HCG level at 26 he said come back 7 days next wednesday may 18 blood HCG is now 191.6. we did ultrasound showed nothing . he said last week i was due Jan 17 and that would make me 5 weeks 2 days but i think i ovulated later and am actually 4 weeks 3 days but im not a dr (lol)  he said he feels confidant that it is not a tubal pregnancy ,,,the reason i am worried about this is because i had a tubal reversal last april and i know they pose higher risk for eptopic. dr wants to see me back in 6 days says he is sure we will see sac then  what do u think?? anyone else with similar exp ?????

I would personally say you know better than a doc when you conceived (unless he was there LOL) Most docs (in uk anyway) wont do an ultrasound until your levels hit the 1000s as there isnt anything to see most women dont see anything until there 7+ weeks of pregnancy.
Your HCG seems to be going up correctly, if it was an ectopic they go up a little,dip a little ect (iv had 2 thats how i know) They should also be able to see something in your tube.
Did you have a internal ultrasound?
I honestly wouldnt expect to see anything on ultrasound for a week or even more sometimes, Its hard when your a high risk pregnancy but try your best to chill and relax and take your mind of things, Stress isnt good for you or baby. If the doc has no cause for concern at tho mo id go off that.

thank you very much thats good to know:) yes they did an internal ultrasound and saw nothing in tubes. he measured alot ...ovaries inside my womb ect   he started smiling to himself but wouldnt say anything i asked he said oh im just looking at ur ovaries ect....he seemed so confident after the ultrasound ...more than me thats for sure lol well i will def update yall after tuesdays app....my calculations if my hormone increase at double every 72 hours that the levels will only be around 900 at the most......hummmm i hope they do :) and thanks again ill chat with yall soon

I got first very faint HPT positive on May 10th then another the morning after so i went to see Dr that day(May11) and they sent me to hospital for HCG level it was 26 . Yay we are pregnant :) ......Then we had another HCG level pulled on May 18 one week later it was 191.6 they did an ultrasound anyway and didnt see anything yet . Well its May 24 we had an ultrasound and saw the sac ...no fetal pole yet no yolk yet so he sent me in for HCG level and it was 849.68. So he said that he is surprised he even see the sac on ultrasound yet being usaually level has to be 1200 before a sac is seen . the sac is not in the tubes so that is a great thing :) my levels doubled every 72 hours as they should have so that looks promising as well. he is slightley concerned the sac was not perfectly round but he said it is just forming at those levels so actually that could be perfectly normal. he scheduled an ultrasound to be done at the hospital friday morning and another HCG test . The hospital has a newer better ultrasound machine and he feels he will get a better picture . We are hoping for the levels to be over 1700 and to see a sac with yolk present. I have not had any bleeding and have had no cramping so things are looking promising . I will keep updating if anyone has any feedback please feel free to post and please please keep us in ur prayers :)

well the baby was in my right tube . they gave me the metheltrexate shot. this ***** really bad .
