I discovered i have a short luteal phase through using OPKs (i can't BBT cuz i have a weird sleep pattern). We have been TTC #1 for 14 months. I'm only 25, therefore I'm not quite ready to go to the doctor for help at this point. After researching symptoms of low progesterone I'm fairly certain that is my problem. I have regular cycles ranging for 28-30 days but my LP is only 7-10 days (WAY too short) and I start spotting about a week before AF arrives. I've taken a B complex for 3 months in an attempt to lengthen my LP and it actually shortened my LP by delaying ovulation! So I stopped the B vitamins and am now trying natural progesterone cream. This is my first month using it and I only started it 3 days ago. I'm looking for people who have used natural progesterone cream while trying to conceive to give me some insight! I'd love to hear your story! Did it work for you?... How long did it take before you got your BFP?... Did it cause any side effects?... ETC. Anything you can tell me will be helpful! Thanks in advance!!
