could i be pregnate ?

Hi I'm 23years old and have two children and me and my huspand are ttc ,I haven't had a missed period yet I should be coming up to the day I would be normaly starting ,but iv been cramping for almost 3weeks and having really bad back pains and some spotting .I told my doctor and she did a blood pregnacy test and it came back negative I'm not sure if it came back negative because its still earlly but I'm really confused iv also been having some nausea and peeing like crazy .can anyone please help me I really need someone to talk to!

It could also be something to do with your bladder if not pregnacy. You could have a yeast infection and not know it. But to be safe wait until your missed period than you'll know where to go from there.

Hi i completly understand what you are saying i had the same symptons this month and a negative pregnancy test. Ended up my period was 5 days late. Went to doctors and he explained i was having these symptons because i really wanted to be pregnant and i tricked my body. My husband and i have been trying for a 3rd for 5 months and we are getting impatient now but wr have just got to wait and it will happen. Best of luck to you x
