could i get pregnant after doctors removed a cyst from one of my ovaries?

I been trying to get prengant a year after doctors remove a my ovarian cyst. Since that i been trying 2 years but no look.Right after removing my cyst i got tested for diabetis and i was positive.Could I get pregant after doctors removed the ovarian cyst? And what could i tell the doctor to help me get pregnant?
I seen a doctor recently and she told me to have more sex.Thats what me and my husband do every other day But nothing. Im aafraid i will never have a child. Please help!

Did they remove your ovary as well or just a cyst? I think you should see RE. Do you ovulate on your own? Are your tubes open? RE will run some basic tests and U/S  They also will do test called HSG to check blockage in your tubes. Then they might put you on clomid to stimulate your ovaries. Then IUI. Good luck.

I only have one ovary because it was removed because of cyst.    The remaining ovary got a cyst too, and it was removed (how they did it I don't know - I believe they drained it with a laparoscopy).   Anyway's I got pregnant after the cyst was removed and had a baby.   I've also been pregnant 4 more times since then but lost them in m/c
