So my one app is telling me to take a pregnancy test but then it also telling me I'm a week before my period?  I am ttc but I was stressing it so much I got my period out of wack so this month I havnt even thought bout it. But I'm having these cramps past couple days n my boobs n nipples hurt don't usually cramp til my actually period.  So like is this my body changing or what?  I've been having alot of white creamy cm? Too.. just like the cramps kinda hurt enuff were I'm writing this but not like period cramps idk anyone know what going on wit my body?  Thanks.

I'm not stressing it. Just waa hurting last night. I messed my period up stressing it so hard to tell when it coming.  Honestly just going by what the app is saying

first off dont stress its not good for you.   I would wait most tests it won't show up yet so wait until your expected cycle start and then test
