cyst in right ovary

Iam 23 old ,got married an year ago.I have a 3x2cms cyst in my right ovary.it is really painful and bleeding.can I conceive inspite of having cyst . after removal of cyst , for how long I cannot have sex and plan for my baby.I am really worried. I want to have baby.

I know there are different type of cysts. I had one last year, and I was told that I could still get pregnant that month. Mine went away by itself after a month, though. As for how long you have to wait to have intercourse after a possible removal, I'm not sure, but it's probably not too long. Maybe a week or so?

But I'm sure your doctor will give you more information on all of this.
