cysts on cycle day 21

I went today for my Day 21 progesterone test. I was up all night hurting horribly. Had an ultrasound this morning and Dr saw a big cysts on my left ovary. No fluid in it. I ovulated on CD14. She said there is still a chance that I could become pregnant in this cycle. I have to go back in a month and check on the cyst. I hope it dissipates on its own. I will get the results of my progesterone tomorrow. THis means if no BFP this month then I will have to stay off of the clomid for my next cycle. Anyone out there ever had something like this. I am praying i get BFP this month but not too hopeful with the whole cyst thing. This *****. It was my 2nd cycle of clomid

I am sorry to hear that you were in pain. I have heard of this and I have also heard that Femara isn't as likely to cause cysts, I have only taken Femara and have never had any problems. I took for 9 months last time I go pregnant and currently on my 3rd month. You might want to ask your doctor about it if you don't get your BFP this month, but I hope you do and you won't have to ask!!
