dark yellow urine

Does anyone know if dark yellow urine can be a sign of pregnancy or anything related to it?  I am well hydrated and have been taking prenatal vitamins for about 6 months.  I have not had a positive pregnancy test but I am waiting on AF now.  Should have been yesterday, but mine have not been normal until the last couple of months. My urine has been yellow & dark yellow for about a week.  Any idea why?

Thank you for your info.  I think I will take a test in the next day or two.  Still no period.  My stepdad is in the hospital and moving to a larger one in Orlando to await open heart surgery.  We just found out today so I am trying to wait on the test so if I am pregnant I can really enjoy it. I also have glaucoma, which is rare for my age and not having it in my family, and being without the meds could be making it worse.  My MD said I could slowly lose more vision ( I lost some in the right eye before I knew I had a problem) if I stay off of the meds, but I want a baby more!

Also progesterone made mine very yellow.  If you think you might be prego...take a HPT.

Vitamins can do it.  I think vitamin B or E can make the urine color dark.  I read it somewhere...
