is there nothing you can do or take to get it out of your system any quicker so i can concieve (conceive) earlier

all you can do is wait is out if you havent been it for long then you may have better success.  i was on for 4yrs it took 7 months for my period to even come bk and 5yrs later im still no prego but every1 is different my sil got prego after 1yr of being off it.

How long have you been ttc?  If it has been a year or so, you could go see a fertility specialist and they will help you get your cycle back on track.  Some women take a long time after depo to regulate, others it happens right away.  Fo me, it took me 6 years to conceive.  However, I didn't start seeing the specialist until about 9 months before I conceived.  I wish I had gone to him earlier!  Good luck!
