dhea 80mg

has anyone take DHEA 80 mg prior o pregnancy..can u share your experience while taking this medicine..thanks

Hi Beth,  I have been taking DHEA 75mg pd for 3 months prior to 2nd IVF attempt.
Still responded poorly and cycle was cancelled.  However, my FSH count decreased
substantially after starting the DHEA.  To share my experience of possible side affects
with you....I have problems with acne for the first time in my life,  I gained 8pnds which
was a good thing for me(I was underweight),  and my hair is oily,  my libido did not
change as the RE said it could.  So in short I do not experience DHEA as a "Feel Good"
drug as the RE said most patients do.  Would love to hear what you experienced.
