dont know what to think!

Hi, this is my 1st time i have been on here and just hoping for a bit of advice! i went through ivf cycle and had 5 day blasts transfer 4 weeks ago now, but 5 days later i had some egg white mucus (just small amount) then the following day stated to bleed,..,.it was nothing like my period, no cramps and no period feelings in my belly that i would get..this only lasted 3 days but done hpt and said negative. I then rang my clinic and they said if it neg then stop the cyclogest and will prob get preriod within 2-5 days....well this was 3 weeks ago now and bellys and breast been more full and feels like im getting my cycle but nothing!...the 1st week after slight bleed i did have very small amounts of pink mucus stuff! then week after that just one small bit of brown spotting ....bad headaces, backace and neckace and feel slightly sleepy also keep thinking period has started so go to the bathroom and its just small amounts of like watery stuff! just feel a bit different ...i have had 2 ivfs before this that failed but never had all this what im having now..but doctor done urine test last week and still negatve! Friends telling me to get a blood test but not sure what to do...not sure what to think!

I can understand what you are going through. I don't know what to say, just to be on safer side and for your own peace get a blood test done. Your hpt 10dpt was early so that test was not accurate. I don't know what kind of pregnancy test they did at your doctors office. May be your urine so dilute that the test could not detect HCG. Good luck!

Thanks for the comment maria, i done 1st hpt 10 days after transfer then doctor done test last wed which would be 3 weeks after transfer. Its not me so much thinking i am pregnant its just i didnt have all this happening the other 2 times i been though ivf...always came of meds had period and more or less things went back to normal straight away. Its mainly friends of mine keep saying that i still could be with what i been having and alot of them didnt show on urine test and not really to trust them! also doctor ran test incase of infections which was all clear. Be nice in a way just to get my period if im not so my body can get back to normal so i can try ivf for the 4th time.

When did you take a hpt? Sometimes the bleed/discharge could be due to implantation. It's better to go for a blood test to confirm pregnancy before you stop your meds. Good luck and keep us posted.
