embryo not developing the way it should

please,i need an urgent answer because am no more my self.i did my blast transfer on 25/04/2009.and became pregnant with hcg of 1113 and then an ultrasound when i was  8 weeks today but my dr said she saw the gestational sac,fetal pole,yolk sac and a heart beat but my baby is not developing the way it should as it measured 6 weeks.she told us to come back next week.please what does this mean.and besides am not feeling any pregnancy symptoms since i concieved bt only fatigue and sleeping.

I am so sorry to hear this! Your hcg had good numbers. Did they check progesterone? That happend to my friend and her progesterone was low so the baby grew slower till they gave her shots. Try to keep up your strength!
