I think exercise not only helps to keep your body healthy, but helps with your mind as well. Be careful lifting very heavy weights, and remember technique. Exhale as you are lifting, to prevent a lot of intraabdominal pressure. I think this is especially important during TWW and early pregnancy
I think it's ok even into pregnancy as long as its something you are already used to....that's what I've heard......wish I just had the will power to go to the gym...LOL
No, I think it's good because you keep your body healthy. You might want to minimize your workout maybe in 2ww but before that you should exercise.
I exercise everyday for 1 hours. go to gym and do cadiovascular for 3 days and weight for 2 days. good for you
