fallopian tubes blocked

last week i did  hsg test so i find out out that my right side of tubes half is blocked and half is open.and left side is open.so my doctor send me to infertility clinic..i have an appointment in november..so please anyone if there know whether can i be pregnant.and what is the treatment for that..please help me...

i have had up to 20 surgerys due to ovarian cysts and dysfunctional bleeding .i recently was told that i was normal .i also have medical evidence that 10 years ago i had a kinked left blocked fallopian tube that was connected to the pelvic wall.i have now been told all my adhesions have dissapeared and i am normal.is it at all possible that i have been lied too??or can after all these surgeries did scar tissue dissapear..i am in shock as i have always been told i am infertile and ivf didnt even work for me....i really need to  no can my tubes miracle correct themselves straighted unblock and after all these surgeries can all adhesions dissapear

All you need is one open tube.  Your RE may offer a laparoscopy to unblock your other tube or may suggest that you try on your own since one tube is open.
