fertility meds with OUT trigger shot

Ok ladies if u use the meds ( gonal f or follistim ) with out a trigger shot can u release your follicles on different days. Will they all pop when u get your natural LH surge?
Is it possible to have one pop one day and another pop two days later and then other pop 12 hours later?

HI,
It is not possible to have ovulation of different follicles on different days as per wish, either with spontaneous LH surge or with trigger shot.
