fertility yoga?

Hi,
Just wondering if any of you have ever added yoga for fertility...I've been reading a lot that it sounds beneficial so I'm heading to the store today to buy a DVD called "Yoga 4 Fertility"...I figure with doing acupuncture along with IUI's I need all the help that I can get!
I'm still on BC but will be off it next week hopefully starting a new cycle...darn cysts got in the way last time.

Tell me how you like the video...just started Yoga and would love to find out more about Yoga and fertility!

I know my RE's office offers yoga so it must help in some way. I'm also doing acupuncture. I'll have to check out the video. If nothing else I need the exercise.
