fetal heartbeat

what is the earliest anyone has ever heard their babies heartbeat? i have an ultrasound scheduled for 5w6d im jsut wondering if i should expect to see one?

I heard mine at 6 weeks, but not at 5 weeks 3 days.

I had no h/b at 5w 4d but did see one at 6w 1d.  At such an early stage you may or may not see anything yet.

Same here! No h/b at 5 1/2 weeks, then a h/b at 6 1/2 weeks. I believe they say the heartbeat usually develops during the 6th week of pregnancy. At a 5 week scan, you will probably only see the sac, then a fetal pole and heartbeat the folloing week! Although, I guess you're very close to 6 weeks, so maybe...

Samehere sac and yolk at 5 weeks 3 days heart beat 6 weeks 1 day

They saw the h/b at 6 wks 3 days and we heard it at 7 wks 2 days.  I also had u/s at 5 wks and all they saw was the sac.

I am 6 weeks 4 days pregnant i had scans they show the sac and the fetal but no heartbeats.  I am worried pls help
