first failed ivf

I'm 29 and DH 35 with male factor problem, Just, had our first IVF and failed.  We want to try IUI next, what are the chances of me getting pregnant with IUI, after first attempt with IVF. My DR. said that every thing is within normal limit with me.

I guess your IUI success rate depends on how severe the male factor is.  If your RE says you have a good chance with IUI you should definitely try it.  We went for ivf after several failed IUI's.  I guess you are going the other way.

I am sorry to hear that.   I have 2 failed IUI also and not going to do it anymore.  I know for sure IUI has less chance then IVF.  Maybe you should talk to your doctor about your uterus lining to see how thick your lining is.  could be because of that reason the eggs can't implant.
