follicle size

I am currently just beginning to start to try to conceive.  I have taken the femara and now I am on day 14 and my follicle size is 16 my doctor has given me the ovidrel but not have been instructed to inject yet.  I have to go every morning to have my bloodwork and ultrasound done.  I am going through a fertility specialist.  Has anyone done this before and what are the chances my doctor says we are only gonna try tghis for 3 cycles and if nothing happens then we will have to have a laparscopy  I am excited but not looking forward to the disappointment if it does not happen.

Just wanted to hear from any one elses experience and the luck they had.

Hi!
I am trying my second cycle of IUI. Last month I had it and got a negative. I'm on day 11 of follistim shots and will go for the IUI sometime this coming week.
My last ultrasound showed the largest follicle of size 10 so I still have some way to go... What does your doc plan for you once the follicles are the right size?
Hope we can get BFPs this time around
