Yeah, follicle should be at least 18 - 20 mm to consider a good follicle.  My nurse said Last monday they only found 12x11 and Thursday I came back they found 20x19.

My RE likes to see them at 18-20 mm. From what I understand, follicles grow 2-3 mm/day.  And the trigger will cause you to ovulate 24-36 hours after you take it.  So, by the time the trigger kicked in, your follicles probably had grown to 17-18.  I think you should be ok.  They also time the trigger based on how your LH is rising.
good luck

Hi there...
This is completely based on little bits of info I receive here and there, but I think that does seem a little small to be triggering.  I actually just had an ultrasound done today showing one egg at 17 mm (and it was at 15 mm yesterday) and they're still waiting until tomorrow to see if it gets bigger.  When I questioned what the "ideal" size is for triggering, the nurse told me that they like to aim for 19-20 mm.  Sooo... that's what I was told from my doc/nurse, but I'm sure your RE knows what he/she is doing.. there may be a reason that they're triggering you that early (with the egg that small).
I'm sure your ok.  Ten days ago... so you should be able to test for possible pregnancy soon then, huh?  Well, good luck to you!!
