frozen ivf cycle

Hi I have just under gone a frozen re-implantation from a PGD cycle last wed I can't take my test until Sun 3rd May. I am worried as this is my last chance. I got two embroyos implanted but I don't have any hope. Has any one had a positive outcome from a frozen cycle and how long after re-implantation did you feel any symptoms?

I had a FET done in November.  We had some complications iwth our fresh cycle so were unable to transfer any at that time so this was the first time we transferred anything.  I got a BFP after the first time and had no symptoms at all.  You need to think positively.  I didn't have any symptoms at all.  Now I am 25 weeks pregnant.
