glaucoma & TTC

Here we go again!  I am cramping like pms time, even though I am late.  I have about 4-5 "normal/consistent" periods in a row and then back to none at all for a few months but I still get the symptoms! Not cool! We have been TTC for over 2 years now and along with the trouble timing it right (due to above mentioned situatioin), I also have Glaucoma (high pressure in the eye that damages the optic nerve causing vision loss) which I need surgeries and medications for.  I just hope that when it is the right time, everything will work out despite all of these bumps in the road. I guess I just needed to vent and see if there are any new updates on TTC that may give us a little push in the right direction!!!!  btw, I try to track mucus but I dont know if I am even ovulating even if the mucus is right because of only having periods part of the year.
