gonal-f...is it really effective?

Hello everyone,

Has anyone used Gonal-f injection to increase fertility? Has it really worked?
I am really desperate for an answer...Help me out ...with some hope!!!

Yes, I have used Gonal F for many IUIs and several IVFs.  I respond very well to it and so do a lot of people, but everyone responds differently to different meds.  I think Gonal is great...it is easy to administer and it produces a lot of follicles for me:)  I have gotten pregnant three times using Gonal.  Good luck to you!

thank you very much for replying so promptly...i am ttc for more than 3 years now. I already have a five year old son... but i cannot conceive naturally now.... i have tried a lot . Hope it works now!
