has anyone had polyps and not get pregno

I had my drs appt today he found a polyp on my uterus.I have to have surgery June 11th.he said that could cause a fetus not to plant.has anyone ever had this and if so did it keep u from getting pregnant,if so did u have any luck after u had it removed?please of any information about this let me no..I'm really scared.thanks.

they found 3 in mine at my mock transfer when we were getting ready to start my first IVF cycle. this was after 7 years of struggles including 3 m/c between 4-5 weeks of pregnancy.
i had a d&c to remove the polyps which turned out to be benign fibroids.
was able to continue my ivf cycle as planned and am now 7 weeks pregnant :)

I had one polyp removed in sept.  I had one M/c in Jan & now trying 2nd IVF & praying this one sticks.......Good Luck to you.

Thanks for your comments.that's the only thing so far that they have found that they think is keeping me from getting pregnant..hope its not anything more.bc I hurt in the lower part of my stomach it goes as far as hurting in my butt when I cough are set down.its not like this all the time.have u do this?are anyone u no?I'm really worried.
