have anyone had IVF after you tied your tube?

Hopefully sum1 can help: Im 26 had a 5day blast 2 Et. Its been 5 days now and took a home preg test it was negative, should I be worried? I had a c-section wit 1st preg, have been preg 2 tymes all the traditional way. After the c-section I decided to tie my tubals didnt want to experience that pain again. SO have any1 ever been preg after c- section, tied of tubes to IVF? I took my blood test 4/7/2010 my dr keep telling she thinks everything is ok because my age and I never had a problem getting preg until I tied my tubes

I don't have any experience with c-sections or tied tubes, but I did have a successful IVF last year, and got a negative 4 days after a 5-day transfer. So it might just be too early for you too. For some reason, I guess I just assumed that the test would show positive earlier than normal since the fertilized blasts had already been in there for 4 days...but I was wrong. I didn't test again until the following week and got a positive the day before my blood test at 9 days after transfer. Best of luck to you!
