have quetions

i have  low prgestrone and estrogen. my doctor told me that i need either to gain some few pounds and wait, or i need to get shots. but the shots are very expenssive. i can't afford them right now. does anyone has any suggestion for me?

Well, then I guess...try to gain some weight :-)  Did your doctor consider you underweight? Is that why he suggested gaining a few punds?

no, because i was 115 pounds, then he told me how much i was when i had my normal cycle. i told him 130 p.then i gained some weight i am about 124 p. i still didn't get my period.do you know something i can do to raise my estrogene bisides shots.

I've heard soy products can help increase estrogen levels. I think that's why women i menopause use soy-based supplements. Maybe you could ask at a health food store.
