hcg level of 45???

I have PCOS and im on metformin.   i tested today and got a BFP!!!  i went in for a hcg blood level (at 11-12 days post ovulation) and it was 45.  the RE was worried that it was low.  what do yall think? what levels have other people had and how many DPO were you?

I think that number is appropriate for that many dpo. My clinic looks for 100 at 14 dpo and you will be there when you double in 48 hours. I think it is looking good!

My RE told me they like to see around 100 at 14dpo, so I think yours are right on!!  Congrats girl, it looks like a viable BFP to me!!

That numer sounds great.  I've seen MUCH lower numbers that went onto successful pregnancies.

All #'s have to start somewhere. It isn't so much what the 1st test is as much as that it doubles every 48-72hrs. Congrats!!! :)
