help rollercoaster beta numbers
1st beta 33 (72 hours later) 2nd beta 99 (48 hours later) 3rd beta 152 i seems like it jumps up and takes its time the next time i have another beta in 48 hours and i am worried my re seems to have no hope and says we will wait and see but it doesnt look good my 1st beta was 12dp3dt any words or thoughts would be welcomed
good luck those numbers sound great.. i was 46 at 5 weeks and i doubled every 72 hours not 48.. i am almost 7 weeks and my beta is now 8000, of course im still holding my breathe cant wait till i acomplish the first trimester
he sad there is no hope because i started so low and that the last two only had a 54% rise in 48 hours who knows i think they tell you not to hope so you are not disappointed if it doesnt work and if it does you are happy this is our 2nd ivf/icis we have a wonderful 3 year old from the 1st round everything was crazy with her too so maybe my body just does its own thing!!!!
Your numbers seem to progress as well as I've read in previous posts. I know my re wanted my numbers to double in 48 hours but from what I read, it sometimes can take 72 hours AND the numbers are supposed to increase at least 66% in 48 hours so I'd say you're fine. Your first beta was taken early for a three day transfer too - I thought they waited until two full weeks to do a beta after a three day transfer. Best of luck!
