go to ****.***

they will explain the whole thing.

you will take your tempature every morning when you wake up before you get out of bed and when the temp spikes it will detected that you did ovulate.

if you look at my ovlation tracker and look at last month you will see a line on the day that i ovulated.

This is easiest first step to see if you are ovulatiing or not.

it might or might not be. You can chart your cycles on here or ****.***.com

I would do that. When you do your tempature every morning it will tell you when you have ovulated.

I had my cycles go off track and i had a hormone imbalance and pcos.

well first of all how long our your cycles? Also I would suggest charting your cycle to see when you did ovulate.
