high prolactin level

hello,, i m 25 n my husband ia 32 we are ttc for a year but not able to get pregnant for single time... i get spotting 4-5 dayz before my period .. i did my test n got high level of prolactin 30.19 on day 4th of cycle hormone and 5.5 progestron on 20th day of cycle which is okay but not good ... plez help me what should i do , i m getting tense day by day when all other girls are getting pregnant .....

I'm not sure about the prolactin, but your progesterone number is low. They like to see a 10 or higher in a non-medicated cycle, and with a 5.5 you might have ovulated, but it was not a strong ovulation, and therefore not very likely to lead to a pregnancy. Now, if that is related to the high prolactin levels, I don't know. Maybe it will change once your prolactin levels are regulated. If not, your doctor will probably suggest an ovulation inducing drug, like clomid, to help you get pregnant. Good luck!
