Me and my partner were trying for almost a year. Read up on the best positions to be in to conceive etc but nothing seemed to be working. We bought Pregnacare vitamin tablets from boots (the ones for male and female to both take) and we both took one everyday religiously. Within 2 months I found I was pregnant. We swear to this day that our little boy was conceived with help from taking the pregnacare vitamins. Worth a try as can't do any harm.

I'm 39 and I've had 2 miscarriages. After the second one,I did a ton of research. It took 6 months to get pregnant the 3rd time. All my numbers are good (knock on wood). I attribute this pregnancy to a number of herbs/supplements I was taking from www.early-pregnancytests.com. look under their fertility supplements section. I recommend the fertilaid for women, fertile detox, royal jelly and co-q10.

I also recommend you learn how to understand your cervical mucus. Its the best indicator to know when you are fertile.  Relaxing is good advice, but preparing your body and knowing when you are fertile goes a long way towards helping you get pregnant.

If having a hard time see someone to see what is wrong. Start with him it's much cheaper. Been through it and stressed for way too many years before seeing someone. Ended up being low count. 13 years of trying we are finally addin a 2nd lil man hopefully next week :-D the stress is really hard on you when you are trying and can keep you from getting pregnant so relax and enjoy.

I lost weight started eating healthy and gave up trying. One month after giving up found out i was pregnant.

I was very heavy and lost over 100 lbs with diet and exercise it took me almost three years.  I completely changed my life style.   I think k this was key for me.  I was TTC for 8 years.

I tried the basal body temperature.  It was awesome! What it really tells you is how your body prepares for pregnancy and when you should be having sex.  It took us 4 months but I knew when it was time and it was time. Best of luck. Hang in there

I think when you're not trying is when you get pregnant.  A Friend of mine bought all of this fertility crap and ovulation test and had no luck. As soon as she stopped caring and stopped taking pills and testing for ovulation she got pregnant. No stress and a healthy sex life should do the trick.
