How old are you and do you have Diabetes, as it says under the topic you chose?  There are several things that can help.  Have you been to your doctor and had a checkup regarding your fertility?  We'll definitely need to know your age and more info about your background to tell you the secrets.

I am the same way I have diabetes but I cant get it under control yet lol I have a 2 year old turning 3 ad trying again
