how late could i ovulate while on clomid?

hey everyone,
its my first cycle on clomid, i took my last pill of clomid 50mg aug.1 and ive been havin a little bit of cramping in my lower abdomen but since the 9th of aug. ive had lotion like cm (sorry TMI). and i wanted to know if its a sign of ovulation occuring soon.

I am  also on first cycle of clomid 50 mg started on aug 1st..I have the symptoms as u .. i did ultrasound too  and  i  found follicles on my right side...my dr said to do ovulation test ..still i dint have any  positve results. i m on cd17..waiting for ovulation...

my doctor toldme the same thing but nothing..so im checkin my cm everyday around the same time to have an idea if anythin changes..good luck to you as well lets hope to get a positive answer soon.

Hi i took clomid 50mg this month from july 29th until aug2nd and i ovulated last due on day 14.I have 27/29 day cycles normally and my ovulation was not late it was on time.I took robitussin cough syrup to help my cervical mucus as being on clomid can dry it up in some women.I also drank a glass of grapefruit juice daily as that helps too.SSBD  xx

I have been on Clomid 50mg started on 8th Aug and finished on 12 Aug went to see my doc today and he told me i had produced 4 follicles but we can't do IUI as theres to big a chance ill fall with 4 babies??? does this sound right to you..

Im just really bummed because this means another month lost he allso told me next time he's not going to put me on Clomid??? Im sooo confused because reading all your comments it sounds like i should be producing lots of follicles and its a good thing not a bad thing??

hi  what is your follicles size? it all depend on follicles size  .? just dont be stressed  ..

Hi, i have also started and finished my first cycle of Clomid. Had 1 follicle on right ovary, originally when i went in to get it checked on cd 14 it was only 13 mms, i had to go back 4 days later cd 19 to see if it had matured, and it had it had gotten to 26 mms, they tested my LH surge to see if i was getting close to ovualtion and i wasn't, so i had the hcg trigger injection that day and your suppose to ovulate 37 hours afteer taking it, so that was day 21! still not sure if i have ovulated yet will find out in 3 days, cd 28! so if the trigger has worked than yes ovulation can happened later with Clomid

Hi honey thats a pity about this cycle.I was told by my doctor if you have too many follicles especially big ones then its not good.I had 3 follicles and the doc said that was a good amount.Think its because of the risk of multiple births.SSBD to all you ladies and heres hoping we all get good news soon xx
