how long between medicated IUI and IVF?

I would like to know how long I should wait between an IUI cycle with Clomid and an IVF cycle (considering that my overies will probably need to rest, and get ready for a max dose stimulation with IVF, as my consultant recommended a high dose short prototol cycle).

I switched REs right after my second IUI with Clomid (which I had a strong feeling would fail- it did) and we decided to start right away. You have to wait about 3 weeks anyway before starting supression drugs. I say go for it. Don't waste any time.

for me i didnt wait between iui and ivf the dr just start ivf cycle rigth away after a falied iui cycle
