Wow...I've never even heard of Vitamin D3. I'm 37 weeks pregnant right now and was never told by either my RE or obgyn to take any additional vitamins than the prenatal vitamin they prescribed. I do drink a lot of milk
, though, so I do get additional calcium from that. You could always check with your doctor, but I would think a regular prenatal vitamin would be sufficient....ideally one with DHA, unless you already get enough omega-3 in your diet.
