how to get pregnant?

my husband and i trying to have a baby for 3 months now.iu already went to ob-gyne having a pop smear and she found out that i have a retroverted uterus but i consulted to another ob-gyne and explain to him about the retroverted uterus.and he said that it's 95% of a woman who gave birth that has a retroverted uterus.my husband is a seaman and he was assigned in an engine room, the doctor said he might have a spermcount problem and it will take 90 days to recover and be back into normal.now 90 days is over and we're having so much preparations and hes not back in his work, doing a good lifestyle habit, eat plenty of vegetables not drinking alcohol and etc...now my doctor gave me a clostil 50mg for five days. is it true that on my fertile week we could only have sex in every other day?

The rule of thumb is every other day until a positive opk then every day until the day after o. Usually women o within 48hrs of a pos opk.
