hsg testing..one blocked tube

hello, i am 34 years old and currently seeing a fertility specialist. i have pcos and have tried clomid but it didnt work for me.i never ovulated, this is my first month on follistim and ovidrel injections with doing an IUI. My doctor did the hsg test and said one of my tubes is possibly blocked. so is it true then you can still get pregnant but will only ovulate every other month? and the doctor mentioned that now we know where the eggs need to go...on the good tube side. so does that mean in need invitro? i am totally confused??? my insurance has unlimited IUI and injections but NO INVITRO coverage.

I have a friend who has only one good tube and her RE told her that she can really only get preggers everyother month..I have blockage in both my tubes and am doing lap next week to try and unblock my tubes..Good luck!!
