i have question
this morning a take my temperature and was 97.20 and them again like 30 minutes ago i take my temperature and was 98.32.. am my CD14. i feel cane hot, tired, little beat cramps, i have headache...
what can this mean??????? ovulation today?? or tomorrow????

I am horrible at remembering to temo but was told to do it only first thing in the morning...like weighing yourself because you usually weigh heavier in the evening than in the morning....GOOD LUCK!!!!
Your temperature is almost always higher during the day and at night than it is when waking up. That's why it is so important to take it as soon as you wake up, before any activities, and not compare early-morning temperatures with temperatures later in the day.
But you never know, your temperature might still be high tomorrow morning, and if so, it could definitely be that you ovulated!
Your temps will not go up until after ovulation, so it will only tell you after the fact.
