I have been tolled that im not ovulating and am on a waiting list for a fertility clinic, i was just wondering if anybody has some suggestions of things i can do or take that may help me to start ovulating again?
Hi there. Im an ivf'er, but before we realised that we had a major fertility issue, I tried cycles of clomid, which helped me ovulate. Also, going on the pill for some time will help u get a regular cycle. U can also test for ovulation with the clear blue ovulation monitor it's quite good and accurate. I used a combination of the clomid and the monitor which helped me determine exact ovulation period. U can also do follicular scaning with ur obg for a cycle to chk ur follicle growth and ovulation time. Hope this helps u. Good luck.
