im think im ovulating and i am in really bad pain on my lower stomach what cud it mean im worrid!

hey i am ovulating i think! im not using opk cuz i wanna relax well need to so just doing it every day lol!but am in really bad pain low down in my stomach its really hurting me any advice xxxx

I don't know if your pain could be something worse.  If it's really bad, maybe you should get checked out by a doctor.  I get unusually strong pelvic pain before I ovulate and I've yet to understand why though.  I don't mean the normal ovary ache that people get but I get HORRIBLE pelvic cramps that feel like it's pulling everything and this happens all day the day before I actually ovulate each cycle (I know this because of my temps and OPK's).  I was on the pill for about 15 years so of course I wasn't ovulating and these pains started right after I stopped taking them.

But you shouldn't be doubled over in pain.  You might want to get that checked out.

it is like an ache a painful ache its not doubling up pain i have gone really dizzy twice today aswell x

Well mine feels like the cramps you would get if you went swimming after eating but it's down in your pelvic area instead.  It's kinda like a churning pain.  I don't know about the dizzy part.  That doesn't sound good.  I know dizziness is common if you are pregnant and sometimes if you have a hormonal imbalance it can cause dizziness.  I get dizzy every now and then but it's usually after I already O'd.

Have you ever had a pelvic ultrasound?

yeah i have had 1 b4 it came back fine i dont no why i went dizzy it happened today at work twice in about 10 mins it was horrible im going to have my tubes checked soon i think im ovulating atm but im not doing my tests cuz i was getting to worked up sooooo just left it this month tbf x

oddly enough, after my first MC i started having really strong cramps when i O and right before my period, which i never had before, so sometimes i just think our bodies change.
