implantation cramping

I'm 7 DPO and I've had on and off cramping for two days.  AF isn't due for another 6 days.  I've heard about implantation cramping and was wondering if they feel like sharp cramps lasting only seconds at a time?

Hey thre! Check out this list of symptoms people have felt at 7DPO... cramps could be a very good sign :)
