MY UNCLE AND AUNT CAN NOT CONCEIVE A BABY.  THEY HAVE BEEN MARRIED FOR 15 YEARS AND ARE ANXIOUS TO CONCEIVE.  THEY WENT TO SEE A SPECIALIST AND THE DOCTOR TOLD THEM THAT THE ONLY WAY THEY COULD CONCEIVE IS THROUGH IN VITRO. THE PROBLEM IS MY UNCLE, HE DOES NOT PRODUCE ANY SPERM.  WHAT CAN WE DO TO HELP? IN VITRO COST A LOT.  OUR CHURCH IS WILLING TO MAKE PAYMENTS IF POSSIBLE FOR THEM TO HAVE A BABY. IS THERE ANY ONE OUT THERE THAT CAN ANSWER THIS QUESTION.  WE NEED ANSWERS, WE NEED YOUR HELP.  THEY'RE HAPPINESS IS OUR HAPPINESS.

sounds like he needs to see a urologist for his problems they will be able to give him the best answers. The fertility specialist should have told them that? what did they say was the next step?

There are a couple of surgical procedures where they can go in and extract sperm out of the testes for IVF.  Look up "surgical extraction of sperm" on a search engine.. it will tell you tons of info.
