Check at your chemist for vitamins designed to help improve sperm quality. Change his diet to high protein, low sugar, healthy fats etc. No smoking, no drinking beer (beer has estrogen in it, female hormones, and does not help his body, makes it think it's female).
It takes up to 3 months to produce new sperm so he'll need to make changes now and stick to them and regularly (min 2 times a week) relieve himself or have sex then after 3 months go back for another sperm test, then you'll get a true result as to whether his sperm can be improved. Good luck.
Thabk you for the replies, i will talk to my dr. About it
Made an appointment too see a urology for your husband. My husband had a reversal vasectomy. The reversal was a success but his SA was not good. Low sperm count and zero motility. The doc put him on Clomid. Yes Clomid. It takes a few tries to get the right dosage. The last 2 SA came back good. I am still not pregnant. Was diagnosed under the unexplained infertility. Waiting on my insurance to give the go ahead to see a specialist soon. Good luck to you.
