is same that i get this pain in the morning when im sleeping ,and three times it was on the day of my period( as my period started same day later)and once after two days following iui...the pain is excruciating, burning and deep...i feel like im going to die,,my body shivers,i feel my bp very low as im cold,i get pale, and this time i felt that something was moving in my abdomen or lower abdomen....all times i had to call emergency
.....apperenlty this pain goes by itself after about 10-15 minutes,.but every time i take mallox(the anti acid but not sure the pain in going by itself or the malox is doing it) as i also have ibs with bloating and gas
.
i have heard about this 'TWISTED OVERY' syndrome in which the over suddenly twists upside down causing a severe pain in abdomen.
i wonder if anyone else has gone through this similar situation and can help me understand this pain.my dr says its nothing but some unexplained pain but i cant bear it all.
NOTE:there is no bowl movment during the pain but the pain is like bad stomach pain.
im ttc for more than three yrs now with injectibles, clomid for six months and two failed iui,and my dh sperm motility is low not enough to concieve (conceive) with iui.
my age is 31 and i also have IBS occasionally.
i'll appreciate your help.
thanks
cyst on any of your ultrasounds? I had very bad pain in my lower abdomen like you are describing once. It lasted for hours. It was so excruciating - the worst pain I have ever felt. I went to the ER and they said it was probably a ruptured or bleeding ovarian
or bleed sometimes causing pain (the MD I saw did not seem very sympathetic to how MUCH pain it was, I think sometimes they just don't understand if they have not experienced it themselves...), and some women with cysts get bad pain around the same time as a menstrual period. Clomid can cause cysts. Twisted ovary is very serious but I am pretty sure that it causes constant, severe pain that doesn't go away. At the ER they told me there is no need to worry as long as the pain isn't constant (mine was pulsating - it would get better for a few minutes and then worse again), doesn't persist for days, and as long as there is no fever. My pain went away by the next day.
