intercourse 3 consecutive days while ttc?!

Hello everyone! My question may be TMI, but I'm gonna ask anyway.  My husband and I have been seeing a fertility specialist for about a year.  I have been doing follistim and menopur shots to induce ovulation which has been working.  I got pregnant twice but unfortunately miscarried twice.....anyway...after my 6 nights of injections we have to have intercourse 3 consecutive nights.  I don't know how other men are, so please help me, but my husband cannot ejaculate 3 days in a row.  We try, but nothing happens, and he feels horrible about it.  This time we were supposed to try Fri Sat and Sun.  I know I ovulated on Sun due to the severe cramps and bloating!  We had intercourse Fri and Sun.  Sat he just couldn't do it. Has your men had this problem!? Do you think there is a chance I could still get pregnant even though I know they would like for the sperm to be in there BEFORE ovulation. My husband has been checked out, he's healthy as a horse! No fertility probs with him.....so I guess he's just not the typical guy? Any opinions would be appreciated.

Well I think your chances are pretty good that you caught the egg... A lot of RE reccomend sex every other day since sperm can last for days in the uterus.. And if you Od on Sun and you BD on Sun you most likely caught the egg then too since your egg is viable for up to 12 hours... And since DH doesn't have any problems then that's a definate +++
