is this a sign of pregnancy?

i have been trying to concieve (conceive) for so long but from three days ago i have been feeling a little pain or not pain is like a niddle is pinching me in the belly. has anyone feel that before?i suppose to test on monday and tuesday if i take a test today can it be accurate?

The only sign that "means anything" is the positive or negative you get on a pregnancy test.  Everything else can mean a million things.

The earlier you test, the higher the chance that you won't have enough HCG in your body to result in a positive test.  So if you test early, before your period is due, and get a negative, you'll have to test again several days later if you don't get your period in the meantime.  

If testing a few times doesn't bother you, go ahead and test early.
